经过分析研究,针对原来存在的问题,在控制方案上主要的改进措施有:充分、有效地利用了空压机的内部参数数据,对空压机的内部部件的运行情况实现了在线监视及故障报警;对空压机采用了主、辅结合的运行方式,通过对空压机加、卸载队列的合理排序,使空压机自动实现主机产气、辅机进行气压调节,减少了空压机的加载和卸载次数;在压缩空气压力的稳定上进行了裕量控制,在压缩空气压力不到供能品质所规定的上、下根就根据一定的裕量提前进行卸载和加载操作;在节约电能方面对空压机进行了卸载停机控制,当空压机在一定时间内一直处于卸载状态,系统就认为该空压机没有运行的必要,自动将其停机;完善了控制效果,增加了超压低压脱网控制、连续加载控制、连续卸载控制等功能。
